Description

Mini Chicken Fajita Pizzas are the flavor bombs you didn’t know you needed! 🔥 Quick, cheesy, and party-perfect.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked fajita chicken

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1½ cups shredded cheese

  • 6 slider buns, halved (or mini bases)

  • ¼ cup salsa or pizza sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Sauté peppers, onions, and chicken in olive oil and seasoning.

  • Add sauce to mini bases, top with fajita mix, and cheese.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.

 

  • Garnish and serve!

Notes
