  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Fresh fruits and toppings of choice


Instructions

  • Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding sugar.

  • Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, vanilla.
